How long have you and your spouse been together?

We have actually worked in the same hospital for years but did not know each other! We were made known of each other in January 2019 but did not start talking until May 2019 when Angelo finally reached out to Shannon on our work walkie-talkies.

Tell us your engagement story!

It happened on a trip back to visit Shannon’s family in New Brunswick. The family informed Shannon that they set up a photographer to re-take family photos while they were home, but really it was Angelo who organized the photos to be a secret engagement session! Cliffside with ocean waves crashing, he found the courage to propose in front of her family. After a quick “Hi, how are you?”, which was all Angelo could muster at first, he recovered his nerves and Shannon said YES.

Classic & elegant with lots of personal touches.

When it came to planning your wedding, what was most important to you?

As much as we wanted the day to be a true representation of us, we really focused on our guests' experience and ensuring they enjoyed the wedding as much as we would!

What was the best part of your wedding day?

Being surrounded by our closest friends and family who all traveled, planned and showed up with smiles on to celebrate us for a whole day! There really is no other feeling like being in a room surrounded by such love.
