PLANNING
DESIGN
The planning process begins by determining your overall budget and securing your important vendors—including your venue. The goal is to understand your budget, aesthetic, and personal preferences to match you with the perfect team of professionals.
During the design phase, we map out every detail of how your wedding will look in a custom design proposal. We’ include each element of your wedding, from color palette and floor plans to tablescape decor and linen swatches so you’ll be able to see how your design will come to life.
MANAGEMENT
In the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, we move to execution mode. The planning is done, and it’s time to finalize the details before the big day with you and all of your vendors. We will be there on the wedding day to make sure everything goes according to plan.

The Britney is for couples who have most of their planning underway but want expert guidance when it comes to bringing their vision to life. You’ve booked your venue and core vendors now it’s time for the fun part: design, styling, and making sure everything comes together seamlessly on the day.

You hand over the creative reins, and the Diva Team builds a custom design proposal complete with mood boards, visual mockups, floor plans, and detailed cost breakdowns. You sign off… and we take it from there.
Think of us as your design team, logistics pros, and wedding day hype crew.

Even before design officially begins (around 7 months out), you’re supported. Upon booking, you’ll receive instant access to our curated vendor guide, a comprehensive custom online planning checklist to keep you on track, and unlimited email support while you secure your remaining vendors.

The Cyndi is for couples who’ve done the planning and booked their vendors but want a professional team to step in, manage the logistics, and execute everything flawlessly. You’ve handled the vision and decisions. We take over the behind the scenes details so you can actually enjoy your wedding day.

Think of us as your logistics pros, timeline masters, and wedding day hype crew.

Even before we officially step in (around 90 days out), you’re supported. Upon booking, you’ll receive instant access to our curated vendor guide, a comprehensive custom online planning checklist to keep you on track, and unlimited email support while you finalize your remaining details.

Once we take over, we handle the coordination of your entire wedding day from start to finish.
