Nadia & Jason had both dreamt of getting married at the beautiful Banff Springs Hotel, and what a dreamy day it was. With a last-minute decision to have their ceremony outside (thank god for this beautiful fall weather), their dream day became even more incredible. The mountains meant a lot to both of them and their relationship so it was a perfect way to tie the knot and make it official.
With the sun shining and a light breeze in the air, their ceremony was breathtaking. On to the reception in the already stunning Mount Stephen Hall. With beautiful gold chiavari chairs, white linens, bud vases, glimmering pillar candles, and hints of blush pink, the room came to life. The evening went by seamlessly and the couple danced into the night with friends and family close by (with masks of course).
Nadia & Jason originally hired me to be their day of coordinator which shortly turned into an upgrade to partial planning as the day got closer and the to do list got longer. With both of them still working full time during a pandemic, they both wanted a little extra help to make their day come together! They were an incredibly lovely and supportive couple to work with; with Nadia always sending me fun decor ideas, tagging me in posts to help my business, and promoting me to her friends and family. I can't thank them enough for making my job so fun throughout this whole process even during a global pandemic.
A huge thank you to the amazing vendor team I got to work alongside:
